WEEKLY WOODCARVING GROUP SESSIONS  

 

Tuesdays in Bremerton – Morning- 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

 

Sheridan Park Community Center (360-473-5305)

Beginner and advanced woodcarving lessons are available at Sheridan Park Community Center. The lessons are free but Sheridan Park charges a $3.00 per person fee for the use of their facility.

Thursdays in Port Orchard – Midday- 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.


Givens Senior Center

1026 Sydney Ave, Port Orchard, WA 98366

This weekly carving group is very informal and is for folks that want to visit with friends and carve independently on their own projects. The use of the facility is free. Come in and meet the members or Kitsap Carvers, bring a lunch, your carving tools and enjoy a few relaxing hours with friends.

Sons of Norway

Located on the ground floor next to the kitchen, beginner and advanced woodcarving lessons are available at the Sons of Norway in Poulsbo. The lessons are free. Visitors are asked to donate $1 to the Sons of Norway for the use of the facility.

BARN at Bainbridge

Open to beginners and experienced woodworkers. Please arrive promptly at 1pm. Blanks for a simple carving project and all tools will be provided.
